As a parent to two high performing athletes who played Basketball and Tennis at International levels has given me an opportunity to evolve in my role as a parent.

How far should we stretch as a parent, do we involve in training? Where should we draw the line? Should I be an obsessed parent and push my kids to meet their goals? How do you react to other sports parents and accept success and defeats? Do your experience anxiety, pressure and frustrations?

I have coped with all of this by adopting an empathetic approach, providing full support to my kids, at the same time emphasizing on hard work with absolutely no short cuts to success.
