About
In sports performance training, athletes will be educated and trained on the mental skills
“A former elite athlete talks” !
As a former player and having played at the highest level, my playing experience has made me understand how important it is to be physically and mentally ready to get on to the court or match and perform.
While we physically and technically prepare with the help of coaches, I have realized, that during my playing times, the guidance from an expert as to how to overcome the mental pressures of our performance was not available.
I could have understood myself better, managed my issues and also elevated my performance if we had services of an psychologist. My passion grew to becoming a sports psychologist to assist and aid athletes with mental skills to manage themselves.
In my sessions, I educate athletes and sportspersons and train them on important mental skills.
Personal one -to one session’s or group sessions for teams will help athletes learn the skills and tools. By practising the mental skills athletes can become familiar first by using them in practice and then apply them to match situations
